Logo for the Diamondback Mission Carbon 1C and 2C full suspension mountain bikes. Diamondback had some history with Armed Forces themed bikes in the Mission and the Sortie names. Playing off that direction led to the rifle scope "o" in the logo.

Logo for beer importer 1516 Imports, LLC. The owner was German, living in the US, importing beers from near his former home in Cologne. 1516 was the year the German Beer Purity laws were enacted. The mark has a strong Germanic tone with the type treatment, the colors of the German flag, and illustrations of barley and hops.
Logomark for a small self-publishing company. The idea behind the mark was to show both the creative spark of ink hitting paper, blood being spilled (signifying the work that goes into the creative process), and wine sloshing from a glass (freeing the inhibitions).

I took the iconic Rainier Beer logo and repurposed it for our Parts and Accessories catalog cover. It was then later on used on two of our bicycles. Originally Rainier was going to sponsor our cyclocross team, riding the Rainier Raleigh bikes, but eventually they chose not to - however they did love the look of the bikes...
